曾经有人问我。。。
“你姓什么？” “我姓符。” “哈哈哈。。。我知道你幸福，我问的是你的姓氏。” “我姓符，标点符号的符。” 因为如此，我常跟朋友开玩笑说：“我一出生就是“幸福”的。” 是啊， 我一出生就很幸福， 有爱我的爸爸和妈妈，有姐姐和妹妹陪伴着一起快乐的成长。 在爸爸和妈妈的保护下，我们从来都不必为任何事烦恼。。。有的吃，有的住，有的玩，有的乐，还能天真的幻想，那天长大了， 有份好工作，能赚好多的钱给爸爸妈妈，再来就是去做自己想做的事，只要我高兴就好，这就是人所谓的幸福。。。 那还不简单？哈哈哈。。。 长大并非如此简单，有很多事要烦恼，很多事要处理，有很多事无法控制。。。很多很多奇奇怪怪的事是你不曾想过或觉得自己不可能会那么“幸运”会发生在自己身上，都会发生。。。 每个人都说：“如果可以不长大，那该有多好？” 我也曾经这么想过，可是想了想 如果不长大，那爸爸和妈妈不就会一直一直的面对大人们的烦恼吗？那不是很不公平？ 所以啊。。。不管要不要，好不好，我还是会长大，还是要面对一切。。。 有一次我曾经对爸爸说：“Daddy... 你一直这么保护我们，我们永远都不会长大的。” 这一句话让爸爸吓了一跳也让他有点伤心。。。我看得出来。在爸爸和妈妈的眼里，就算再大的年龄，我们永远都会是他们的小孩，他们都会想一直的保护和照顾我们的。其实啊，我也想一直一直的让爸爸和妈妈保护我。但是我已经长大了，应该反过来让我来保护爸爸和妈妈了。可是到现在我还没这个能力，希望我很快能大声的根他们说：“从今天开始由我来保护和照顾你们。。。 哈哈哈哈哈！！！” 我一直都认为，“人本来就是孤独的。” 一出世就是如此，在妈妈的肚子里有妈妈陪伴，当然有一些人比较幸运，如双胞胎或三胞胎除了妈妈还有彼此的陪伴。但出生后，就算长的一模一样，还是个个体。 爸爸和妈妈是不可能永远的陪伴，兄弟姐妹也会有自己的人生，朋友也是一样。 “那找个你爱的人陪伴？” “哈哈哈。。。 好好笑哦，就算找到了又怎么样？ 我爱他，他也不一定会爱上我啊？可能他也在爱着别人呢？” “那找个爱你的人陪伴？” “他爱我，我不一定会爱上他啊。。。如果我不爱他，我一定不会想要为他付出什么，只会要他为我付出，那他不是很可怜吗？好浪费他的时间和心意。。。 我不喜欢浪费别人的时间，很不道德。。。” “什么都是你的怪道理，不理你了。” 说我悲观也好，说我奇怪也罢，我对爱情这种东西没信心，从来都不认为，有人会爱我如我爱他或我爱他如他爱我。就算今天说爱我，不代表明天不会对别人说爱他，就算今天结婚，明天也可以离婚。就算能白头偕老，最后还是会孤独的离开。 被割伤时，在旁为自己流血而紧长的人，能让自己得到一时欣慰。 可是除了自己以外，没人会知道有多痛。 伤心时，找人倾诉只是为了得到一时的安慰，最后还是要靠自己解决问题或跳出悲伤。。。没人能帮的了自己。。。 人生不如意十之八九，可能幸福在去年用尽了吧，今年是人生考验的开始。。。到现在虽然只过了半个年头，我领悟了也学了很多东西，我更确定了自己的想法，人越长大越是孤独的。。。。 如果有一天我消失了，不要找我，不要想我，也不要为我哭。。。 Neko's Heart

Happy Dumpling Festival 端午节快乐
2nd time I'm posting about food~~~!!!! Yummy yummy food again.....!!!! XD Dumpling = 粽子 （粽zong 子zi ） Every year my mummy is sure to make some dumplings for the festival, as a gift to friends & relatives & for praying to god and ancestor. It's not easy to make dumpling and alot of people out there do not know how to make it.... kekekekke.... the preparing of ingredients is quite tough, I help out this year by cutting the melon sugar and cooking the pork..... it's really tiring stirring a big wok of pork... hahahahha!!! But the most diffcult process is wrapping the dumpling..... it's a skill that must be taught by experience people (eg. My mummy )!!! (>_<) How to make into a pocket using leaves? How much rice to put in? How much pork to put in? How to make it into triangular shape? How to tie the dumpling? Sound easy but when you are doin it... it's not easy!!!! kekekekeke!!!! Surprisingly I remember how to do it.... When I was younger in my primary school days, if I did not remember wrongly. My mum and aunt will meet at my grandma house a few days or a week before dumpling festival to make dumpling. My sisters, cousin and I learnt from them... kekekeke... just out of curiosity and for fun, we tried wrapping pork dumpling (aka bah zhan) at 1st but it was a total mess as we do not know how to estimate the amount of rice and ingredient to be put in... and we were very new to the method of holding and wrapping into a triangular shape.. hahahaha.... so we were told to do the easier ones which is call kee-zhan, purely just yellow glutinous rice and that year we did all the kee-zhan... kekekke.... it's fun.... This year, Thistle & I help out abit in wrapping the dumpling which is specially made for my grandma. As it's not easy to digest glutinous rice so mummy use brown rice instead.... hahahahaha.... ... ARGH~~~!!! IT's Killing me!!! Alot of brain cells are killed for the past few days.... and my weekend were burnt becos of it!!! Before I sleep I think of it... the moment I wake up I think of it... I HATE IT~~~!!! I rather spend time thinking about something or someone else... (o.O?)Passer by A,"What is a .vob file?" (=.=") Me," For your information, A VOB file (DVD-Video Object or Versioned Object Base) is a container format contained in DVD-Video media. It contains the actual Video, Audio, Subtitle (VobSubs) and Menu contents in stream form." (^.^)Passer by A,"Oh! So it's a video file format." (>.<#) Me," YA!!! IT'S A VIDEO FILE FORMAT WHICH CANNOT BE IMPORTED INTO ALOT OF VIDEO EDITING SOFTWARE COMMONLY USED, SUCH AS ADOBE PREMIERE, ADOBE AFTER EFFECTS, PINNICALE!!!!" (o.O?))Passer by A,"Hmm? So? How to edit it?" (=.=") Me," 3 ways to do it!!! Solution #1: Install the editing software that comes together with your DVD camcorder (I wasn't given the software by my client... the best part is the camcorder doesn't belong to my client.... and the software needs to be registered before use!!!) RED CARD!!! OUT! for Solution #1 ~~~ ( X - X ) ~~~ Solution #2: Capture the Videos directly from DVD Camcorder into your workstation using firewire . As the camcorder doesn't belong to my client... so he doesn't know if there's such thing as firewire... and We do not have enough disk space for direct capture video...p(>.<#) RED CARD!!! OUT! for Solution #2 ~~~( X - X ) ( X - X )~~~ Solution #3: Convert it to other format. It's commonly recommended in forums etc... to change the file extention from .vob to .mpg. BE WARNED!!! Too much changeing of .vob to .mpg or from .mpg to .vob will CORRUPT your file... I've one video file declared dead... and worse thing is to realise this method don't work at all... ARGH~~~!!!" * Pulling hair!!!* (o.O?)Passer by A,"Huh? So there's no solution to it?" (=_=") Me," $$$$ makes wonders and sacrificing your precious resting time are needed... Buy another software to convert .vob to other format which can be used in the editing software such as to .avi format. Spend your time wisely while converting the video by clearing up other jobs on hand, which is what I've finished and blogging like what I'm doing now...... (o.O) hmm...
