WOOOHOOOOO~~~~ \(^o^)/ >> {{m(>.<)m}} *I can't lift my arms up*
Today, I woke up at around 7.10am to get ready for a morning swim with my sister at the swimming complex in our neighbourhood. It's been a long long long long long long time since I've last went for a swim. For months? or is it years? since my last serious exercise.... Hahahahah...Ok... I admit... I'm a super duper lazy-bum to do exercise and that is why I'm a fatty for the past 26 years of my life.... Awwwww.... We were thinking that the pool would be kinda empty since it's early morning which means the greedy me and my sis can at least own a corner or lap in the swimming pool... MUAHAHAHHAHAHA!!! (0.0) (0.0) We were wrong!!! There's a lot of people in the pool early morning at 7.30am and know what???? Most of the swimmers were at the average age of 50 and above!!! We went into the pool and swam only 1/2 a lap and before I reached the edge of the 1/2 lap, I could feel that my brain was lack of oxygen... "OMG~~~!!! Swim faster to the edge... I Need OXYGEN!!!!" What most embarrassing I felt was.... my stamina is worse than an old grandpa who was swimming in another lap beside me. Hohohoo..... he could continue with his other 1/2 lap after a 2 - 3 min rest and I actually took around a 5 - 10 mins rest before I could complete my another 1/2 lap..... so does my sis (~.~) (~.~) After an hour of swimming.... My arms and back started to ACHE.... ARGHHH!!! "If anyone dares to lift my arms up....I'll KNOCK the person's Head with my HEAD!!!!" But I feel great and relaxed after a swim. In order to train our stamina and of course to slim down... HOHOHO... my sister and I plan to go for morning swim every week on Monday, Wednesday and Friday... provided it's not a rainy day. <3 Swimming swimming swimming....
